So far, all good things to say about this vitamin B supplement. I feel that it has had an immediate impact on my overall health - I feel more energized and balanced for sure. I am also sleeping better, which I credit to the supplement intake since it's the only thing I've changed recently. I appreciate that it contains all the important B vitamins in one pill. They are easy to ingest and the capsules are vegan, too. Someone else mentioned in a review that your urine turns bright yellow when taking this supplement. That is true, but I know that to be the case with vitamin B2 especially. I just drink a lot of water and it doesn't bother me. The product is priced competitively for the quality and amount of capsules in the bottle. I will be purchasing this product again.

My husband and I have been trying different vitamin B supplements for the last 4+ years since prices on everything have gone up, and these are highly cost-effective for their quality. First, these are small capsules that are easy to swallow, which is a big win. Some of the B-complex vitamins we've tried come in large pill format with a chalk-like consistency that makes them difficult to swallow. We also like that these are GMO-free. Our only gripe, which is relatively small, is that it contains a palm-oil additive called vegetable magnesium stearate. Otherwise, these supplements do the job! Our energy is higher and some of our B-vitamin deficiency symptoms (such as slight tremors and shaking) went away within a few days. Good buy for the price! I highly recommend.

At first glance, these vitamins seemed rather pricey, but 90 capsules is a 3-month supply, which makes this premium quality product a sure value for what it does and how it makes me feel.The capsules are easy to swallow and come with clear and concise instructions, so there is no guesswork, which I appreciate.I eat a healthy diet of fresh produce, protein, whole grains, etcetera, but as I age, I have become more concerned about how much of these nutrients my body is absorbing and utilizing.One of the things that attracted me to the PrimeMD Methylated B Complex is that these vitamins are bioactive and, therefore, more easily absorbed because they're natural, which substantially enhances their effectiveness, and I feel it. On my first day taking a capsule, I felt an unexpected calm. It was subtle but perceptible. And I know it's working because I have felt a boost in energy.However, in my view, the company needs to do a better job of informing the consumer of the potential side effects of taking high doses of these methylated B vitamins. It would also be helpful to have them elaborate on the benefits. They do have a QR code you can scan and an email address for customer support. However, including the information with the product in the form of an insert is a better way because it saves the customer from taking an extra step and gives them something they can readily refer to.So, overall the product is an excellent option for people who need it in high doses. For everyone else, I strongly suggest checking with your doctor.
