I bought this tens unit because I needed something to help with my muscle recovery from surgery and this seemed to fit the criteria. It has many sets of pads for any part of your body depending what pain relief or muscle recovery you may need. On my leg i use the larger rectangle pads to fit most of my thigh with the ems setting. Each setting has 20 different programs that you can cycle through to try out but the first few generally were great for what I needed so I haven't tried every program yet. The pads stick very well, and the cables to the unit are very easy to snap on and off the pads making it easy to swap them out or set it up. Battery life has been good its lasted a few hours for me no problem before it needs a charge. Overall this unit has helped me recover and works pretty well for the fairly cheap price.

My son got a knee injury during baseball games. The school's medical aid helped him recover using something like this. So we bought one for him ourselves. This Bestek unit is way cheaper than the one used by his school, but according to my son, it works just as well. So we are very happy about it. Saved us quite some money. It delivers strong current to make him feel better. Looks like a good purchase.

I have to be honest, I was pretty skeptical about trying something like this but my back has been hurting after working out for long enough that I figured it was time to give it a shot. It was easy to use, came with plenty of sticky pads, and surprisingly my back started feeling better really quickly the first time I tried it once the aching started. Pretty happy with it especially for the price and how customizable it is!

I wasn’t expecting much at this price point, but the Bestek TENS unit really impressed me. It’s compact, intuitive to use, and the intensity levels are strong enough to provide real relief. I’ve used it on my lower back and shoulders, and it helps ease tension after long workdays. The screen is clear, and the included pads stick well without irritating my skin. Great little device to have on hand—especially for the price!

This tiny machine is so perfect and powerful!! I am in love!! You can use just part A with two tens pads or parts A and B with four tens pads in total!! 100% recommend 🤩

First time trying a TENS machine and I like it. As for its portability, its as portable as it comes. It has tons of functions/modes and lots of battery life. Good price especially since it probably wont get destroyed.
