Good peppermint flavor. Only slightly artificial tasting, but not bad, and it does last a while.Nice caffeine effects. Enough to give you focus and a sense of wakefulness, but not jittery and wired. The L-Theanine and other nootropics also provide a great relaxing feeling.I like these more than mints, and will continue to buy them. I'd highly recommend.

When I’m starting to drag I just pop one in and I’d say it starts to work with in 5 minutes! They smell SO good and last me for just over an hour but the taste last forever it seems. I’ve gone 2 hours with one in because the flavor never faded.Pretty easy to drink with it in as well.An added bonus is that they’re white! Unlike most that could potentially stain your teeth. These pouches are hands down 10/10! I can’t wait to try other flavors.

I've tried these and the rebel brand and these are much much better in almost every way. The pouch is perfectly small, doesn't leak out any filler and it takes great for along time with no aftertaste. Fits perfectly under the lip. You also get 5 pucks instead of 4 for more value. I like that they have caffeine, but I wish it had a little more and im not really sure how helpful it is with brain health, memory etc.

I can’t tell you how much I hate nicotine. Easily one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made was taking a Nic pouch a few years ago. The easy access buzz later turned into terrible crashes that would leave me not wanting to do anything at all. I have two jobs that I’m quite good at and hold high positions in, I go to the gym regularly and cook to maintain a healthy lifestyle so you can see how these “nicotine crashes” would affect my day to day yet I’d still pop two 9 mg’s just to satiate the stupid addiction. My tolerance to obviously got worse and needed a way out. My girlfriend, whom I soon plan to propose to, was disgusted that I was hiding that bad habit behind her back and it crushed me hurting her like that when she deserves everything in the world. I needed help. I’ve tried mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnny different pouches that were supposed to help with quiting by being a “nicotine alternative”. They’re nearly all trash. Garbage ingredients, burns the gums, not stimulating enough or take too long to even notice any kind of semblance of stimulation from either caffeine or some nootropic. In my honest opinion I thought NZE was going to be just another failed attempt but I have been sorely mistaken. THESE are one of the best decisions I’ve made and God bless the freakin creators of these things. I notice a complete shift in mood, I’m often depressed, and it feels so euphoric.
