Very good quality! Noise level really low. Very supportive for lower back. Definitely worth every penny! Don’t sink at all. Medium firm is perfect for whole body support. Love it! Came in with a great package. Easy to open and set up. Help my lower back pain a lot!

I purchased this mattress for my guest room as my friends are visiting me. It came in a big box. and very easy to set up. I was not expecting the quality of the products is this great with reasonable price. My friends liked it. Sleeping in the mattress is very comfortable. The mattress is heavy and supportive. I would suggest others to buy.

I’m a back/side sleeper, and I have a curvy body, my hips are big while my waist is small…so I worry about my waist not being supported while I sleep. I’ve tried both pure spring mattresses and pure memory foam mattresses, but neither worked well for me. The memory foam mattress, in particular, often made me feel like I was sinking in too deep, providing softness but not enough support. So this time, I decided to try a hybrid mattress while it was on sale. After unboxing, it took me two to three days to regain its shape, and once expanded, it reached a thickness of 12 inches. It perfectly balances the firmness I wanted, which is medium firmness. The memory foam layer on top is comfortable, while the spring layer below provides great support for my waist and is quite bouncing. It doesn’t make noise and it’s shock absorption is surprisingly good as when I turn over, it hardly affects the person next to me. Buying a mattress online is risky, but I’m really glad this time I met the right choice.

I knew this mattress was compressed, so I could put it in my travel trailer. packaging and delivery par for the course. cut plastic sleeve to unfurl open let it expand. I liked the plush feel on top and firmness.

I was not expecting too much given the price is too reasonable and this definitely exceeds my expectations. I wanted a new mattress because I am expecting and I have been experiencing a lot of pain from my back and my hip. This mattress is thick and supportive. I have been sleeping way better after getting this new mattress. I do want to point out that this mattress is quite heavy and would require two people to move.

I bought this mattress for my grandma because her old mattress no longer provides good support. She has been using it for over a week now, and she is very happy with it. It is thick and provides great support to her lower back. Many mattresses cost more than $1000 and provide less support than this one.

Legitimately the worst bed I've ever tried to sleep on. We were desperate for a mattress due to moving sort of rapidly and not being able to take out our mattresses due to the amount of space. We have attempted to sleep on this garbage pile for twenty something days now and the quality of sleep started out terrible and consistently continues to deteriorate. This mattress is firm and yet somehow at the same time offers basically zero support for your back or lower lumbar. If you even look at the edge of the bed it basically starts to fold in and you start to roll off. After just this short couple of weeks the bed is already forming depressions where we sleep. It is extremely bouncy feeling in all the worst ways. The side of the bed offer zero support which is not good because we are used to a king mattress and this makes a queen feel even smaller when you have to stay 10 inches away from the edge of it. I'm seriously so disappointed we wasted $250.00 and now trying to process a return they say you have to put it into the original box like oh yeah let me just put this pile through my industrial mattress compressor machine and vacuum seal it back up into a little burrito. *Edit to my original review attempted to post. Still giving a terrible rating because the product is terrible. However Bolo did make it right and get us a refund and I donated the bed and went to the store and bought a new one and it's like sleeping on a cloud.

I really liked the way the bed was packaged. They put the huge bed in a tiny box. They put a small knife inside to open the vacuum bag of the bed. The bed is comfortable. The bed is a little hard but it's okay
