A fine battery, and basic tools for disassembly. If you're not ALREADY a mobile phone repair person with experience, you could very easily damage your phone during the process. Proceed at your own risk.This package contains ONLY the basic tools and battery. There are no instructions aside from what's printed on the package, which tells you to be careful and look up videos on youtube. There are no links or email addresses on the packaging to seek assistance from this MFG. I was unable to locate any specific videos about THIS kit for use against THIS phone model.I'm a fairly tech saavy guy, but I'm going to leave this to my local phone tech shop, who will install this FOR me. Had there been more specific instructions to the included tools and the A13, I might have attempted this install myself.

This is my second phone battery replacement so I knew what I was getting into. This kit is complete and has all the needed tools and adhesive. Just like the previous battery I replaced, there is no attempt at a user manual that might be useful for a first time DIY'er and instead it strongly suggests looking at the many YouTube videos out there that will be much more helpful for the first-time DIY'er. Just a caution for the first-time DIY'ers to look at a number of YouTube videos, take it real slow, and take a deep breath when something doesn't go according to plan. This replacement procees is not for the faint of heart and you can easily destroy your phone by messing up a step or 2.

It was difficult to separate it at the corners and my fingers kept on depressing the power button.You are provided with basic tools to perform this repair.
