Very good low-carb bagel, unfortunately very expensive as well. These toast up nice with good taste and texture. Not as delicious as their heavy carbohydrate cousins, but a very worthy low-carb substitute.
Satisfying
The first keto low carb bagel I can actually enjoy! I toast it up add some butter and cheese and an egg and I don’t feel as if I’m missing out on anything. 30g of fiber per bagel! It has 6g net carbs and totally worth using 6g out of my 20g I allow myself for the day. It’s a satisfying and tasty treat!

Really good low carb option. A little expensive but worth it! Toasts nicely , good amount of topping.
Best keto bagel on the market
We’ve tried every brand and flavor bagel available from Bolo, Publix, Sprouts, WholeFoods, Aldi’s and Fresh Market. Sola is the absolute best - and the Everything Bagel is the best variety.
Not bad
These taste pretty good, but I deducted 1 star just because you get 4 smallish bagels for rather a high price. But if you are trying to eat low carb, they're an acceptable version.
gret tasting healthy bagel
I have tried several different brands of high protein bagel, & luckily found this brand to be the best. I tried all 3 flags of this brand, but love the everything flavor the best. It tastes like a bagel should taste, & has 15 gm's of protein, so basically, it's much healthier than a regular bagel with much fewer calories.
My favorite bagels and they are Keto!
These are my favorite bagels and they are keto! I have to hide these or my husband will eat them all.
Did not taste like an everything bagel
These did not curb the craving I had for my everything bagels. The flavor did not meet the everything taste at all and the overall bagel left a horrible aftertaste. I would not recommend these if you really enjoy a good bagel while you are trying to watch your carbs. Instead, go for the real bagel on a cheat day and then get yourself back into Ketosis if you really want a good everything bagel. Don't waste your money.
