Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought this for my MIL for her birthday. Great way to keep down on picture frames. I had to show her how to use the app but figured it out within 10 minutes

My mom Loves this so much, Super easy to set up to multiple ppl great value for the money looks amazing in the den, super functional and sharing photos ate sooooo easy It makes me smile when I get Text from mom saying the pic my 16 yr old sent here made her day or that 5yr old sent her another video to thw frame!!!!

I purchased as a gift as well as one for myself. The screen size and picture quality are fantastic. The frame is light weight and can be mounted or used with the provided stand to place on a counter. The app is easy to use and very user friendly. Frame easily connects to wifi and was extremely easy to set up. The touch screen and easily accessible power button make this extremely simple to function. The only problem I'm having is finding a memory card that fits the frame. The manual and description do not state the exact size or type of memory card needed. I have purchased many with no luck of them working.

If I could give zero stars I would! Worst this thing and a waste of money! While the photo quality is good, the system it runs is NOT. Customer service is a joke and they don't respond. I have purchased 2 of these as christmas gifts, neither of them will read a memory card, and will not export photos. One has 42 photos and is maxed out on space the other wont even allow you to send photos because they system runs the full 16 gigs and says it has no storage space!! . In my opinion Just spend the little bit extra and get the better frame. Learn from my mistake.
