This has a powerhouse mix of vitamins, amino acids, and herbals. I like that this is methylated for enhanced absorption.Many key ingredients are itemized on the label with the mg of each, yet the proprietary blend leaves us guessing. In the sellers listing, it states 1000mg of milk thistle (one of the ingredients in the proprietary blend), yet that isn't clear on the label.I got this mainly for the B mix, taurine, and vitamin K, but the other ingredients seem beneficial as well. I just wish there was full transparency on how much of each ingredient is in this, rather than having part of this come from a proprietary blend, as knowing specific dose amounts help when you have multiple supplements and don't want to go over a certain # mg of certain ingredients (like milk thistle), or when you are supplementing with single ingredient supplements and want to hit a specific dose in mg.This has a couple ingredients that I realize I should check with my doctor about if I decide to continue to take this one long term. Be sure to look up effects and interactions on all ingredients for your safety and health!BTW: This came well packaged, as expected!

So let me first of all say , i know its basically a vitamin but with other brands i at least notice a tab bit more energy .NOT THE CASE HERE !For the money i guess one cant complain , but on the other hand i’ve felt more from a normal multi vitamin.Nothing too crazy to complain about taste but the capsules definitely leak or let the powder out so there will be residue on the pills that you can taste .Little bitter , but to be expected.As far as smell , well just imagine encapsulating a vitamin shop or gnc and there you go .Easy to take and use but most companies are two capsules and this one is three .

It contains Vitamin D, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Magnesium, Folate, TMG, L-Taurine, Berberine and a propriety blend of natural ingredients including milk thistle, flax seed, omega-3, turmeric, l-carnitine, CoQ10 and more. I love that this is kind of an all-in-one supplement to benefit your health in a variety of ways. I also like that this is a methylated multivitamin, which helps your system absorb nutrients.The recommended dose is 3 capsules a day, which makes each 90ct bottle a 3-month supply. The capsules are a regular size and easy to swallow. They do not have a taste, but there is a mild herbal smell to the capsules.
