I contacted support with a picture of the damaged watch. I was treatedd very professionally and a new watch is on its way. In addition, I was informed that the manufacturer will be notified to correct the isssue in the future.

I finally figured out how to disable the option for the speaker audio. Everything is working and connecting as it should. I am very satisfied. :) I am so disappointed in this watch. It defaults to the watch speaker if I am talking on my iPhone in another room. I will be talking and all of a sudden I can't hear the other person. I have to go to the speaker icon on my iPhone and change it back to the iPhone speaker meanwhile I've lost half of the conversation. Customer service has been no help. The settings they tell me to select don't exist in the watch software. The positives are that it is comfortable to wear and it charges quickly. The watch faces are fun and there is a nice selection.

I have had the watch for three months and it continuously loses time and I have to manually change the time since it does not sync with the phone. The heart rate monitor is inaccurate and the phone rarely stays connected with my iPhone so I do not have access to sleep data, the main reason I made the purchase. The cheap band has caused my wrist to break out twice. Do not waste your money on this inaccurate, loss of functionality and cheap junk. Pay the little extra and get a Fitbit or Apple Watch.

I've used Fitbit since they first came out. None of those lasted more than a year or 2. This tracker seems way better so far. It's light and the band is sturdy. This one has the folding clasp and is better that any tracker I've had so far. Blood pressure feature is accurate compared with a BP cuff. I like that I can make my own watch faces with ease. The reason for 4 stars is because the tracking of steps is not always recorded on the app. It started by missing a day every once in a while and just this week it only shows only 2 of the last 7 days on the app. I consider the App for trackers as part of the package. All trackers are worthless without a good app that records history so you can see trends. Hopefully they can fix the app. Update 6/11/25; Watchband broke off. The watch housing is plastic and where the band connects into the small holes broke off. Changing my rating. Although the watch works find, I can't wear it. I tried superglue but it didn't hold.

Love the watch, but, the plastic around the face chipped & it caused the band to not stay on.. ordering again & hope not to have same problem2nd watch i bought did same thing!!

The media could not be loaded. Other than the band being defective because it wouldn't say clapped which caused the band to break from the watch. I really loved this watch. My favorite was using the watch to talk on calls. I was even able to dial number from my frequent call log from the watch. Main reason why I loved this watch. The band I loved as well but because of the defect it wouldn't stay on my wrist. So hopefully the next band works as it should because I really love the watch features.

The edge of the back of the watch in which the band is secured broke and the band would not stay secured. I contacted support with a picture of the damaged watch. I was treated very professionally and a new watch is on its way. In addition, I was informed that the manufacturer will be notified to correct the issue in the future.
