I decided to try some dehydrated ones from Bolo and picked these. I've gotten two bottles so far and have been very pleased with both orders. They taste great. Has some good heat. And I don't have to worry about eating them fast. I tend to sprinkle these on almost everything but my main reason for buying was for a salad topper. This is fantastic as a salad topper. It has the crunch I want and a bit of heat (some sprinkles have more heat that others). For the price I think this is a great buy and highly recommended.

Made some sausage with this and wow the flavor and spice. Used the whole thing with 25 lbs of sausage and some bites have a huge kick!!

Bought these to add to our homemade snack sticks. I rehydrated the peppers while I prepared the meat and hi-temp cheese, drained the peppers and added to the seasoning. Worked/mixed it in really well. Stuffed the mixture in the casings and refrigerated for 24 hours before smoking the links. The peppers were a great addition. Medium heat (our opinion) we will definitely purchase them again.

These have a great flavor if you are cooking them in something. You can not, however, just sprinkle it on something and eat it. The pieces are fairly large and hard as rock. I have used dried jalapeno of another brand it was thinner pieces and crisp, but not hard. You could just sprinkle it right on top of your food and eat it. Not with this stuff. It is great for cooking with though.
