Firstly, these are so delicious. I had to remind myself that they weren't candy a couple of times!I am a huge fan of this product. Not only do they have an amazing flavor, but they really did boost me up. I wouldn't say there was a huge energy burst per se, but a definite increase in positive energy. I was cleaning my house, I was less irritable with my kids, I even got back into some creative projects. The surprise bonus for me was I actually started to sleep well again. Like, woke up feeling well-rested! It had been a really long stretch of insomnia and poor quality sleep and these gummies put me back on track. I don't know what specific ingredients to thank for that, but I'm grateful!Also, this is a really great company to support. I've loved every product I've ordered from them and the customer service is out of this world. 10/10 recommend them.

I have PCOS, had two kids, overweight (250lbs), oh and a teacher. I lost the desire for sex or anything intimate with my spouse after having my first born and couldn't figure out why. After having our second child it just got worse. I thought loosing weight would help but never did. I came across these over a year ago and I thought these would help me get back into the mood to be intamate with my spouse. I had been taking these for roughly 1/2 a year daily and never felt an increased desire to want to engage in any form of intimacy. My spouse is not the problem, trust me, I just literally cannot find why I lost all interest in wanting to initiate closeness.

Update: after taking these for about a month, there has been improvement. I was initially taking them two at a time bc thats what service size was. I have found they taste better if you take one at a time. I actually don't mind them now that I'm used to them. They do improve my drive some but I have noticed more changes in my overall mood. I feel more patient when taking this and I don't feel like I get that angry, overstimulated feeling like I often do when I don't take these. I just bought another container and have recommended these to a few friends who have also said they feel better overall using them with their mood.Mine were way darker than the color pictured and taste horrible. They did give me some energy

So I really like these ,I mean I really didn't take them long enough to see if it made a difference only because they do not give you enough for a month's supply, they want you to take two twice a day but there's only 60 in the bottle so you'd have to buy two bottles to take them correctly they taste really good I think they helped me a little but like I said I didn't take them long enough I planned on taking them for 3 months but I'm not buying two jars a month that's ridiculous so I hope they can help somebody else have a great day
