Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have been taking these for more than 6 months now. Going through perimenopause at age 38 I’ve noticed a huge shift in my mood and often find myself irritable. I have horrible sweating in between my legs especially at night when sleeping. I’ve tried several different products but these work amazing. My night sweats don’t happen and my mood is more elevated and I feel much happier most days.

It made my hot flashes lesser. And it helps with the mood swings and it relaxes you. Definitely would recommend this. No aftertaste.

This was a hands down a game changer for me!!!! I was miserable , not sleeping hot flashes, night sweats and as most people know when you don't sleep you are miserable especially when you have to get up early and go to work.😵💫😳😞. Within three weeks I started to notice a remarkable difference in every menopause symptom I was experiencing . I was one happy girl!!! I would absolutely be a spokesperson for this product . My Dr originally wanted to put me on Paxil and I absolutely was opposed to this because of the side effects and I am so glad I listened to my gut instinct. Ladies please at least give this a try, I do realize it may not be for everyone but I firmly believe and stand by this product it is worth the money and time to give it at least month. Good luck ladies!! ❤️

Dead ass bought these yesterday and popped two immediately. I slept like a baby. I take Black kohosh & moringa supplements 2x a day and was looking to reduce pill popping & seeking something stronger for the merciless hot flashes. Menopause can be weird & daunting, especially the flashes & up all nighters tossing! Feeling like I’m standing on the outskirts of hell for approximately 60 seconds ain’t nice. I already feel the calming effects of these supplements. Small & 2 pretty capsules instead of 4 works for me. Easy to swallow & they smell great. No taste. Flashes have calmed tremendously, no lies told & it’s been a day.Update: It’s been 8 days and hot flashes are hardly felt. I’ve subscribed.

These helped out a little bit. didn't lose any weight, still had hot flashes just not as strong, so that was great., no smell color is pretty small enough size for me to take. the effectiveness was good but I fell I need something a bit stronger. I will still use and will buy again. Don't get me wrong these do help out a great deal with hot flashes.

I found MENO supplements highly effective in managing my menopausal symptoms, but I didn't enjoy the taste. These supplements have effectively reduced the frequency and intensity of my hot flashes and night sweats, allowing me to sleep better and feel more comfortable throughout the day.Furthermore, they have helped me manage my mood swings, which used to be a constant challenge. Overall, I am delighted with the results of MENO supplements and would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing menopausal symptoms.

I tried this for hot flashes and restlessness and sleep problems.First week I took 1 daily - I always use caution when starting new things. At first I felt like I didn't sleep at all and had more hot flashes. By the end of the week it was just ok. Not really any better than prior to starting. I typically have a couple hot flashes daily for a few days a month.So I decided maybe I could try the 2 day full dose. OMG that was the absolute wrong thing to do for me.I wanted to live inside the fridge. I think I had at least 7 a day until it had been a week without taking them. It took at least 3 weeks until the hot flashes settled back down to what I would have considered normal for me. Now I feel like my hot flashes are bearable so at least there's that as a plus...Now as far as restlessness and my ability to sleep... My husband noticed. He laughed when I told him "I almost left the room so you could sleep... But my legs were tired of moving so I stayed put and continued to toss and turn until it was almost time to get up. I'm so freaking tired." He said "Me too - but I figured you'd eventually give up and fall asleep. So I didn't get up either. Now I wish you had left because I'm tired too".Now for my EXTRA bonus - Migraines!I had one for like 5 days. Then another that took double what I usually need to get rid of one.So...IF you wanna sweat a lot, while being unable to sit still, or sleep and enjoy wicked headaches this might be right for you...I mean, after all, my hot flashes seem mild now, my migraines seem not so bad and the restlessness seems trivial when compared to the 2 weeks using this and the 3 weeks after I stopped taking this stuff....Use with caution
