We are building a custom insert for this so my review is based on the look after unboxing and testing of the features. It is think and sleek and will fit nicely into the custom insert my husband is building. The colors are adjustable so any mood can be accommodated. It has 3 heating modes which will aide in taking the chill out of a space on a higher setting and then keep it cozy after lowering to a lower level.

But it's not just about looks; the heating capabilities are impressive. It quickly warmed up my large living room, and I love having the option to use either the 750W or 1500W setting to get the perfect amount of heat.What truly sets this fireplace apart are the features that let you customize the experience. I've only just gotten this, and as it's the middle of summer, it's going to be a few months before I can really test how well it warms a room up. My "out of the box" test, however, seems pretty good, with a really cool flame effect, though admittedly the instructions are a bit vague. Luckily, it comes with a remote control which itself seems pretty simple, and that's how I'll probably be using it.Right now, I'm giving it a hearty thumbs up, but I'll know more once fall gets here and I can use it a little more. If any problems crop up, I'll update this, but what I've tested so far works pretty well and the price isn't bad from others I've seen.
