Great product for using egg whites. You no longer has to figure out what to do with your yolks.

Bought this for a recipe and it worked well! Powdered egg whites… who knew! I have to figure out what to do with the rest of the bag now…. Recipes are hard to find to use this with.

It's excellent. Mix it well before using it, and use a hot, oiled pan so it doesn't stick.I've bought it a few times. It's a good product when you don't have fresh eggs or are traveling and still need your protein.9/10
