I got this from my grandmother because she’s constantly reheating her coffee every morning. This was a great addition for her morning coffee routine. When she’s not using the coffee cup, she puts her phone on the charging pad. It does keep the coffee, nice and warm, not too hot. I think it’s ideal for somebody who sits with their coffee versus somebody who is up walking around, however it does keep your coffee, hot, long enough if you walk around and do things that you could come back and set it down and it will quickly heat it. The color is nice And the cup is sturdy. Seems to be very well made. Was a good value for the money spent.

I received one of these as a gift! Loved it! I loved it so much that I ordered another so I could have the a one charging base in my office, and another in my kitchen. The second one would also allow me to have one for another house member. The love ended there. I ordered one, and the lights on the base never lit when I place the cup on it. I returned that one with an Bolo exchange. The second one did not work either; on the second one, both the phone charging light and the cup heating light continuously flashed. I returned that one, and ordered another; on the third one, the phone charging light flashed, and the mug warming light never came on. I'm giving up on getting another one. Too bad. Great idea. Great when you get one that works. The product quality assurance / testing is abysmal!

Pros: I love that this cup is ceramic, so it cleans up easily, unlike the more popular brand starting with an 'E.' I love the shape of it. It has more style than others. I also like the color blue on the cup.Cons: The mug gets extremely hot! It's too hot to hold. The handle is fine, but don't even think about holding it around the mug itself. One would think that if the mug stays so hot, the liquid inside would stay hot. It doesn't. If you want it to stay hot, don't walk around the house with it; it must be set on the plate after every sip.Sadly, the cons make this a big pass for me. I love the ceramic aspect but hate that my coffee gets cold quickly. My "E" mug is burned up inside due to the coating, but it keeps my coffee hot for a long time, which is the deal maker for the "E" mug and the deal breaker for the APEKX.

This works great to keep my drinks hot. The pad only works with the provided cup (There are other styles of pads that will heat up regular mugs). I like my drinks really hot and this is a little below the temp I prefer and there is no adjusment. Still, it is way better than drinking lukewarm or cold coffee (which I've done plenty of). It doesn't get hot enough to burn the coffee so flavor remains good. The pad will even charge my phone. It isn't dishwasher safe which is a bummer but it always cleans up easily. There is no battery to recharge so it can be used all day. There is an auto shut off if left unattended for too long (I think it's 4 hours but don't quote me) As soon as you remove the mug from the pad and put it back on it automatically restarts. It is powerful enough to heat a cooled off drink but it takes a while. It will hold a 12 oz coffee with room for creamer. I think it's a good value.

The mug is very nice, the color is deep and vibrant, and the quality of the ceramic is very good, and I like the included ceramic lid which is formed to keep it from sliding off of the cupThe charging pad works very well to charge my phone and earbuds, but that is where the "good" stops.While the charger does function, the heater in the cup is DOA. Completely non-functional. There are two lights on the charge pad; one indicates "charging," the other indicates "cup is warming." The charging pad only displays a flashing "charging" light whether the cup or phone is on it. Regardless of the indication, the cup stays stone cold.
