I use these in my private training studio. The handles don't "roll through" as smoothly as TRX brand, but they do rotate around the canvas. Easy to adjust length and move to other connection points. And the blue color is more conducive for the relaxed atmosphere I'm going for.

Bought this to have something at home that I use at the gym. Sadly my apartment is small and it was hard to find a great place to put it so that I use it more. But, I love these - they really have helped to improve my arm strength and the are great for a good shoulder or back stretch.

This is a great option for a workout and for stretching. This is very comparable to the name brand similar one but at a better price. This is really easy to use, I put it over the rafters in my basement and secured it and it worked great. I think this will last quite awhile and it's a great price!
