I have loved everything I got. It all works perfectly together. Simple and beautiful appliance. Well made and very sturdy and durable.

Do not buy from this seller - Item faulty and stopped working, I returned it and I only got a refund of 50% of what I paid because they say the item was returned in a non resealable condition. Like it’s my fault that the item is not working after 20 days I bought it. Do not buy from this seller

White plastic stains horribly. Worse than that is the fact that the water is dispensed with such violence that invariably grounds get in the coffee. It’s a mess. I would not recommend.

too bad its just shiny plastic vs the rest of the products in this haden line that are a beautiful matte paint. kind of clashes the vibe if you're trying to go matchy with the other products. but, its easy to use, makes a lotta coffee... but its also pretty basic for the price point. i read that already in reviews, so thought "but it'll match, so .. worth it?" no. it doesn't match. still keeping it because we dont want to try and find something else. so i guess a warning: you could be disappointed if you're looking for it to look the part of a pricey coffee maker.
