For a product marketed for tattoos, it offers zero numbing. I followed the directions to the letter—applied, wrapped with plastic, waited 45 minutes—and still felt every bit of the tattooing. Not only did it not work, but it left a greasy residue that made the artist’s job harder. Terrible purchase.
