Laneige does it again! I have always been very sensitive about my undereyes because I naturally have thin, translucent skin under my eyes leaving my undereyes dark with fine lines. After one application I woke up with plump skin under my eyes which softened the look of fine lines and brightened my skin! It is so hydrating and luxurious on my skin and does not feel sticky at all. Instantly this has become a staple in my skin care. Thank you, Laneige!

This is a very interesting new product, unlike anything I’ve ever used before. I have purchased a lot of skincare, too. I am in my 30s with combo leaning dry/sensitive skin. My under eye area has always been an issue. I have really bad allergies. I think that adds to the problem of puffiness and darkness. The consistency is a thick, soft, velvety gel. It dies down quickly, which I really like. It is not greasy. Great for people that wear glasses and don’t want residue on their pillow. It is .70 oz in a nice plastic jar that locks shut. I do not have any sensitivity when I use this product all around my eye area- top and bottom lids. I am on prescription tretinoin/hydroquinone cream and this eye cream did not further irritate my skin. It feels lightly cooling on the skin. I do notice when I wake up my eyes look a bit more refreshed and smooth than they normally would. Would I purchase again? Maybe. I’m still trying it out so I need to see more long term benefits to see if it’s worth it. I suppose if you really wanted to you could probably use it as a day eye cream as well. I haven’t tried it as a day eye cream but I don’t see why not. I don’t know how it would wear with makeup though. Overall this is an interesting product and definitely one of a kind. I have enjoyed trying it out. I do think for the price I paid it is worth it. The main thing I like about this product is the texture and way it doesn’t leave behind a greasy film on my skin. I haven’t tried the matching sleeping bouncy face mask to this, but if I keep enjoying the eye cream long term, I will. I paid for this product with my own hard earned money. I was not sent this and I don’t get paid to write reviews. This is a 100% honest review.

I bought this hoping to get extra needed moisture under my eyes & it's doing its job. It's a nice consistency, extremely lightly scented & pleasant. My eyes feel & look hydrated when I get up in the mornings. I have sensitive skin & this doesn't bother me or my eyes. I love it!

I got this product for my husband and I to use at night for under our eyes to help clear up the darkness and tired look. We put it on at night before bed, a little goes a long way too, and then in the morning our eyes look brighter/firmer. It also helps with crows feet and just helps firm/plump up those areas. We have the app. Yuka too that we use to scan/look up products to make sure they are safe for us to use also checking to make sure the product doesn't have any harsh chemicals - this is a excellent product! :D

**Update**I just raved about this product last week and gave it 5 stars. My original review is below this update.I love the effect this gives and I'm so disappointed I can't use it anymore.The first three nights of use were fine. After my fourth night, I woke up with irritant contact dermatitis under my eyes. Stinging, soreness, irritation, rough patches of redness under my eyes. This is the only new product I used. I looked up the ingredients and it appears that I'm allergic to one or more ingredients and sensitive to 1-2 Hexanediol which is pretty high up on the ingredients list. I read that 1-2 Hexanediol is irritating on the eye area for people with very sensitive skin. I also read that the acrylates can be irritating for sensitive skin. I do have super sensitive skin, so this is so disappointing and I wish I could keep using it. If you don't have sensitive skin you should be fine.Below is my original review-This is a really innovative formula! I'm a skin care junkie, I try lots of products by purchasing and samples. This one is something different than all the rest.I learned about it from Gothamista on YouTube. She said it gives the smoothing effect like you get when you wear silicone patches overnight. I paused the video and immediately purchased. It has a cooling feeling, but not like menthol, it feels like cool water. It's a lightweight gel and I apply a very thick layer as the last step on top of my eye serums and eye creams. It stays put, it doesn't travel into the eye. In the morning it's firmed up into a texture that feels like soft rubber. It seems like it's dried out overnight, but my skin under it is super smooth. I've used it three nights so far and I haven't seen a hint of a fine line under my eyes, it's like it's ironed it all out. It's not very moisturizing itself, but it locks in the moisture from my eye cream under it. I basically use it for slugging and it's prevented trans epidermal water loss better than anything else I've used to slug.
