I couldn’t be happier with these Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans from PREMA VANILLA. Each pod is plump, moist, and full of seeds, a clear sign of Grade A quality. The aroma is incredible: warm, sweet, and complex, exactly what you want when working with real Madagascar vanilla.I started a batch of homemade vanilla extract with these beans, and after just a short time the fragrance already began to infuse beautifully. Compared to other beans I’ve tried, these are noticeably fresher and more flavorful. They’re also versatile, I used a couple for baking, and the flavor was so much deeper and more authentic than store-bought vanilla.

I didn’t expect to love these vanilla beans so much, but wow! they smell incredible, like real rich warm vanilla, not that fake candy kind.I’ve been using them for baking and for making an ice cream - everything instantly tastes better. The beans are fresh, soft, and full of seeds. Definitely a great find! I’m already thinking of gifting some to a friend who loves baking.

These vanilla beans are excellent quality. They are packed full of seeds and the pods are not overly dried out like other beans I have purchased. They come sealed in a resealable pouch that gets them to you fresh as well. I am in love with the aroma and taste of these vanilla pods. It is vibrant and rich and is very intense, it adds a lot of flavor to anything you put them in. They are great in ice cream and in baked goods. The pods are easy to cut open and scrape out the delicious seeds.

Les gousses sont bien charnues, fraîches, très aromatiques, et elles sentent divinement bon dès l’ouverture du sachet.Le conditionnement sous vide est parfait pour la conservation, et le petit bonus de la 11ème gousse est très apprécié. J’ai utilisé deux gousses pour une crème pâtissière et le goût était incroyable — bien meilleur qu'avec l'extrait de vanille classique.La livraison a été rapide et le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment excellent. Je recommande vivement ce produit, et je n’hésiterai pas à en recommander à l’avenir !

Très bonnes, goût et parfum bien présent
Les gousses sont de taille correcte, bien souples et très riches en grains. Elles dégagent une odeur délicieuse dès l’ouverture un vrai parfum naturel de vanille Bourbon.Je les ai utilisés pour faire des biscuits, j’ai intégré les grains directement dans la pâte et le goût de vanille s’est immédiatement senti, rendant les biscuits bien meilleurs, on voyait même les petits points noirs des grains, ce qui fait tout le charme.Ensuite j’ai fait infuser les gousses vidées dans du lait pour préparer des crêpes. Là aussi le goût était bien présent, doux et naturel.Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon, surtout pour 3 gousses.En résumé:- Très bon rapport qualité/prix- Bonne odeur- Bien remplies de grains- Goût de vanille bien présent

Sou grande apreciadora de baunilha mas nunca tinha experimentado em vagens, apenas em extracto ou em pó pelo que a minha avaliação vai ser como primeira experiência.Este produto vem numa pequena saqueta de plástico, que dá para fechar após abrir, lá dentro inclui 3 vagens de baunilha (2 + 1 de oferta) com aprox 16cm cada uma, têm um aspecto "humido" e brilhante, com uma cor negra intensa e natural, não estão secas, nem esbranquiçadas nem quebradiças, o cheiro é muito intenso assim que se abre o pacote, demonstrando a qualidade "premium" que a marca indica.Utilizei 1/3 de uma vagem (aprox 5cm) para aromatizar aprox 2lt de leite creme caseiro e o sabor é muito notório, mesmo sendo um troço tão pequeno tem imensas sementes e deu para dar um sabor bastante agradável, como nunca utilizei vagens antes pesquisei outras alternativas para utilizar a casca e preparei sal baunilhado, para ser ligeiramente diferente do tradicional açúcar, utilizei 500gr de flor de sal e coloquei a casca que sobrou da receita anterior e deixei num pote fechado, aprecio o contraste de doce/salgado e acho que fica incrível para temperar saladas, com o tempo ficará ainda mais intenso. Utilizei ainda uma pequena ponta para fazer um chá e ficou bastante intenso apesar de ser algo tão pequeno.A repetir, recomendo!
