Item as described, it's a little right getting the screws to tap in, I drilled a little hole first with a drill bit and then tapped the screw in. Holds the light firmly and no more gap between the ceiling and light

THESE WORKED GREAT AND WERE A LIFE SAVOR. I needed these brackets because my canned lights did not have the recessed brackets on it. My lights now stay up and work perfectly. Would recommend getting a 90 degree drill bit attachment to install.

These worked amazing, I measured up off the Sheetrock 2-2.5 inches and that worked great. They came with self tapping screws but I still drilled a pilot hole and it was way easier to get the screw started in the small area
