I have used pip for years, but this time when l was ready to order more l wanted a lower gauge number because what l had was sometimes hard to get enough blood to test. When l searched for lancets on Bolo, Owell popped up and they're a couple of dollars cheaper than pip so l decided to give them a try. They're a lot bigger than pips and a bit more difficult to twist the end off, but since l was used to pip, this is just a different way that will take some getting used to. l did get a heavier gsuge needle and it works well and isn't painful at all.

These were of great value and easy to use. I carry my meter with me all the time and these make checking blood sugars quick and easy. They don’t make my fingers sore either.

I ordered them for my diabetic wife and she is VERY happy with them. They are her favorites. Most other safety lancets seem to be designed for this skins, this one works on hardened older skin too.

These work pretty good. You get quite a few duds in the box that the needle doesn’t engage. They are difficult to twist the lid off, so if you have fine motor issues this will not be a good product for you.
