Only 4 stars because when I spend $130.00+ on a product I want one in a factory box that does not have the seal torn open. It would be a return if the inner bag was torn open as well. It was still sealed so I know it at least is not a used filter.

Product could be less expensive it’s over priced for no longer than it lasts will not last 100 hours as advertised by company.

Not 100% sure if the new filter is the cause, but I put in the new filter, attempted a print and it failed repeatedly. After the 4th attempt the Glowforge Aura shut off and no longer powers on at all. Not sure if the filter was defective, but the old filter worked and this one may have destroyed my machine.
