This B12 vitamin is small and has no effect on an empty stomach after taking. It has been easy to swallow and Ive had no adverse reaction to taking it. I feel like it works well and will continue to purchase it on a subscription basis for my dietary needs, I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone who is in required by their Dr to take a good B12 vitamin.

I really like this Vitamin B12 supplement. I have a health condition that causes me to be deficient in B vitamins. The problem I have is that I seem to be sensitive to many B12 supplements. This supplement is an exception. It works well and I can feel a difference when I take it, but unlike many others, it does not upset my stomach. I'm glad I gave this supplement a try and will keep using it in the future. I highly recommend this supplement to anyone deficient in B12, but especially to those sensitive to B12 supplements.

This is B12, clean & simple. Even the label design screams clean & simple. Methylcobalamin is the best form to take, and 1000mg is a nice amount to aim for (you pee out excess B12, so I figure unless you're B12 deficient anything over 1000mg is wasted). Even the capsule itself is clean & simple since the only "filler" it contains is non-GMO plant fiber (note the capsule is bovine gelatin, so it's not vegetarian) . I mean, how much cleaner can you get? It's free of major allergens, produced in GMP conditions, made in North America (I had to look on their website for this), with 94% of ingredients being from North America, according to the label. The company is getting some buzz and I can see why. The only bad thing to say is it's not cheap. But if you're someone who absolutely needs to know your supplements are of the highest quality, with testing reports QR code accessible, I think you have to look at this brand. Two very small quibbles - it came with only the outer plastic seal, which happened to be a little loose on mine and the bottle could easily have opened (no interior seal), and, oddly for a group that's so nature conscientious, the bottle itself is only 1/4 full, way too big for the product.

I currently take a daily B12 dissolvable tablet. The bottle was almost gone so I decided to try a different brand and form. This one by Promix is a tiny capsule that is very easy to swallow. It contains 1000 mcg of the active form of B12, which is a good dose for adults over 50. One capsule should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach for better absorption. The bottle has a screw cap and is easy to open. I keep it on my nightstand and take one first thing in the morning.
