I’m thrilled with this purchase. Easy to set up, easy to use, and I really didn’t expect it to clean while mapping my house! It handled hardwood, carpet, and fluffy rugs with no problem. I took a risk on something under $100 (compared to models costing low range $60–$699) and I’m so glad I did.Main points listed below, with more in depth breakdown following the quick highlights.Performance:I live in a small, oddly shaped 3 bed/1 bath home. The robot mapped and cleaned the main living areas, then returned to recharge before finishing the bedrooms. Starting at 52% charge, battery will last about an hour. It cleans thoroughly, doesn’t miss spots, and the app shows exactly where it’s been. It also announces issues like “item stuck” or “low battery.”Tips:• Let it fully charge if you want the whole house done in one run.• First run is mapping—expect some random roaming before it starts cleaning in straight lines.• Don’t expect it to replace deep cleaning; it’s a maintenance helper.Results:With 3 kids, I used to sweep 3x a day. Now I can go about a week before needing a full vacuum! It picked up almost everything—only two tiny crumbs and one messy corner (after a lamp accident) needed touch-up.Bottom line:If you expect it to replace manual deep cleaning, you may be disappointed. It was at 52% out of the box and I started it haha.It got through mapping/cleaning the main room, kitchen, open space of side entrance/breakfast nook/mud room, the bathroom, then it went “home” to recharge. After a little rest, it picked up and finished the bedrooms. It essentially ran about an hour from half charge.It can start run when about 52-56% charged. But waiting to a full charge is optimal if you want the whole house mapped/cleaned in one go.The first time it runs, it’s mapping so it looks like it’s just randomly traveling. Don’t worry! It will go back to the room and then go in straight lines in the room to clean. Initially I was starting to feel duped because it would go in a room, randomly roam, but not cover the whole area. After it did that through the house, I realized it was just scanning the general layout of the house, then it went back to the first room and covered the whole room without skipping over any area.Will this take the place of my vacuum and mop? No, I will still use those but now I can probably wait a week before needed! 3 kids in house, one in 4th, kindergarten & toddler. I have been sweeping 3x a day because of all the crumbs and messes, then a “real clean” at night when kids are in bed. It’s so exhausting and time consuming.Now, the robot will do it for me! I cannot be more happily surprised, so grateful that the price was affordable. All of this maintenance help for under $100?! Amazing!I feel some of the negative comments may be because of expectations that this would replace manual cleaning completely. I personally didn’t expect that, especially thinking about how dishwashers sometimes still leave residue or food stuck on without prior rinse.While inspecting the clean, I found maybe a crumb, a little tiny rolled up lint type thing. Two tiny things left behind. And there was a huge spill of a side lamp cracked open with weird crumbly chalk—it sucked the main layer off but there’s still spots left deeper in that I intend to go over with my other vac.For me, I would buy this all over again. After running it last night, I’m looking around the house and other than that one corner where the lamp broke, I decided I’m not—or even have to—go over anything with my “manual” vacuum. So, yes I definitely recommend this! Saves hundreds of dollars, it’s well built (not a little light plastic thing haha), and does as it’s advertised. So, it’s all bout your expectations in the end. Are you looking for something to replace manual cleaning forever and expect a thorough deep clean? Are you very OCD on cleaning? Maybe then invest in the ones that are more than half a thousand? My only reason for looking at one was for help in maintenance so that I didn’t have to clean all my floors 2x/everyday. So seeing that I won’t have to clean maybe 1x week (maybe longer?) is absolutely beyond what I dared to hope for! I love it. I’m happy. And I feel so grateful for the price!

Excellent robot vacuum - very easy app to use - thorough cleaning and strong suction - decent battery life at strongest suction power - fairly quiet even at the strongest setting. Neat mapping features. Definitely recommend this robot vacuum especially for the price!

It does its work. Sometimes better, sometimes worse, but it is useful and productive. Since I have got this item, I forgot what is to vacuum and mop the floors at home. Managing the functions and features from the smartphone thru the app, it is kind of funny activity. Good value for money. Decent suction power on all floors ( hard and soft rags - takes care well and picks up pets hair. It is a small size device (also pretty flat) has enough power and battery to run all my studio, including the corridore, kitchen and bathroom, using around 30% of the battery charge in 15 min, it cleans and mops the floors so well. When the robot was new (September) , the noise level was low. Now (January) the noise it is 2 times louder. Sometimes the robot forgets its location on the map. Sometimes the map of the apartment can just disappear, so you have to run the robot again in an auto mode to map the whole apartment again, divide the areas, name them and so on. Sometimes you start the robot but it doesn't react on it. Sometimes starts to act weird, changing the shape of the map, or cannot find the charging station and runs circles, so you have to pause and download from the cloud the saved map and start cleaning again. Often, by itself, can just disconnect from WiFi, and do doesnt react on the app controls, so you have to change your router setting to 2.4G network, reconnect the robot back to WiFi, to be able to operate it, schedule the planned cleaning, or just order to clean now a spot at home, where you made a mess baking bread for example, dropping some flour on the kitchen floor.

After using for a moth. here is my review. the suction is very powerfull, the vacuum is quiet, the battery life is great, only use 40% of battery for 800 sqaure feet apartment. the mop tank is just enough for my apartment and clean it very well.The LiDAR system is spot-on, as you can see in the picture. It accurately maps my apartment. The no-go zone feature is a game-changer. It skillfully avoids difficult areas, especially the tricky doorsteps between the hallway and kitchen where my old vacuum always got stuck.I've scheduled it to clean every two days, and my apartment stays consistently nice and clean.

Buenos dias, no puedo calificar aun porque el robot aspiradora me da un error de bateria,desde que lo desenvale y aun no he conseguido ayuda de proscenec para solucionarlo. Muchas gracias al día de hoy, 26 de agosto me han respondido de la empresa. No es la respuesta que esperaba pero es una opcion que me estan brindando para dar solución a la bateria que fallo.

For $100 this vacuum surpassed my expectations. I have never owned a robot vacuum and bought this with the understanding that it would probably suck (or actually NOT suck) and it would be going back on the truck. Boy was I surprised.Sure, I have only had it for 24 hours but I'm impressed so far. My wife had just swept and vacuumed with our regular tools, a few days before and then we ran this. I had to empty the bin 3 times as it was full of dog hair, person hair, sand, grit, etc.. Definitely keeping it and at this price may get another robot for other floors. Moping on this wasn't the focus of this and was only fair. Great product. Well made. Good software. Super easy to setup.

J’ai une grande maison à plusieurs etages, avec des chiens et des chats, et ce robot s’en sort très bien au quotidien. Il couvre une large surface sans difficulté. ce qui m’a le plus impressionné, c’est son autonomie : il peut nettoyer 1 etage avec 2 chambres, un bureau et 1 salle de bain en une seule charge, sans s’arrêter. . Il ne se perd jamais et retourne toujours à sa base une fois le nettoyage terminé sans cafouiller. d’ailleurs la base est equipé de patins anti derapant, du coup, quand le robot se met en place pour le rechargement, elle ne bouge pas. Le système de cartographie est très efficace : il reconnaît les différentes pièces, optimise ses trajets et ne passe jamais deux fois au même endroit inutilement.L’aspiration est puissante, y compris sur les tapis, et il ramasse efficacement les poils d’animaux, poussiere, etc ….Le système de navigation est précis, ce qui permet un nettoyage rapide,. Il ne tourne pas en rond,du coup le nettoyage va plus vite. .L’application est intuitive et complète : elle permet de planifier les nettoyages, ajuster la puissance,et la delivrance de l’eau pour le lavage. on peut définir des zones interdites, et visualiser la carte en temps réel. elle est très pratique pour gérer l’aspirateur. coté connexion, tres simple à appareiller, il faut juste créer un compte et l’appareil est reconnu immédiatement.il est livré avec une notice en francais, un balai de rechange et un serpillère. Le design est sympa.un robot fiable, efficace et bien conçu, particulièrement adapté aux grandes surfaces et aux foyers avec animaux. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Facile d utilisation et on voit une belle différence avec l aspirateur. Le hic, le bac a eau est petit pour faire 5 pièces tous les jours et il ne lave pas très bien.
