The oil has a pleasant minty taste — refreshing but not too strong. My mouth feels clean and fresh after each use. The kit is well thought out: the toothbrush is comfortable, and the stainless steel tongue scraper is high quality. I also appreciate the natural, alcohol-free formula — it doesn’t dry out my mouth and feels gentle enough for daily use. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Okay so I have only just started using it and so far I’m impressed. My mouth just feels more clean and fresh. I am not a fan of the taste which hopefully I’ll get more used too after a while. But using the tongue scrapper afterwards and it was much better. Overall it was the first oil pulling I have used and I’m impressed by it.
