Is your Pella door starting to catch? Replace this now! With only 3 tools and a little patience, this is a 10 minute EASY replacement. Looks and functions exactly as the original.Can't ask for any DIY to be any easier.

I am very satisfied with this product! The dimensions are near identical to the factory made part. Also, this seems to be made with high quality materials. When the original part broke, I needed a replacement ASAP, this was the fastest I could get a replacement. At first, I was very skeptical on what the quality would be, but am happy with my purchase.

This purchase was used on a Pella storm door. The fit of the housing was snug by itself. There were also 4 rivets that would not allow the insertion without modifying the door. That was not difficult using a round file, but it was a surprise. Other than that, it was an exact replacement for my lockset. It functioned fine, but I did find that the deadbolt sticks a touch. So far, I am satisfied and would buy this again.

Love the craftsmanship and design but had to drill to widen holes because mine had that rectangular lock instead of double round lock and wasn't exact fit. Had to move outside cover on each side towards door open side about 3/8inch in order to go over key hole looking slot for lock handle. That is why I had to longate original holes for assembly screws. But works great now.
