I’m a graduate student and right now in a diagnosis class, I’m using the DSM 5TR nonstop. Of course I had similar ones of these. I had just done on the DSM five a year ago tired of all the updates but I digress the focus is on these stickers which stick well and you can line them up. I wasn’t thrilled with the way it lined up. I had to readjust where it said to put at the top of the page but once I did, it worked out well for me as long as I did not press it firmly I was able to lift it up and readjust without ripping the pages. I would not suggest trying to remove them once you’ve press them together hard they do stick well I really like these colors better than the bright primary ones overall, I definitely recommend this

Theses tabs are of poor quality and look flimsy. Tabs are not well-cut and not easy to peel off the backing. When trying to remove the tabs and do some reposition, oops, your book page get teared and ruined, so disappointed. What’s more, there are some page numbers errors, I really wish I hadn’t bought them.
