This is a great drying tool. We hang a lot of my husbands t-shirts and this is so easy to use. We stagger the hangers and have this in the bathroom. With the air conditioning running here in California with all the hot weather the t-shirts dry in a few hours. Really a great asset! So happy we bought this. Slim to the wall, easy to install!!

When folded against the wall, the clothes drying rack virtually disappears into the space, making it perfect for small areas where every inch counts. The installation was easy, I was able to mount it securely on the wall studs without any issues. The drying rods are sturdy, and the metal feels robust, givy me confidence that they can handle a significant amount of laundry without sagging. I’ve hung everything from towels to heavier items like jeans, and the rack holds up well. It operates smoothly, there is no awkward noise when opening and closing the rack.

The rack collapses into a nice & thin (surprisingly so) metal stripe along the wall. The construction seems good throughout. The rack feels more stable than I expected. (And I wasn't expecting junk, just something looser)It would help to have lubrication of some sort between the rods and the supports. These are fairly smooth but they don't glide smoothly and quietly. It isn't horrible but a little light machine oil would make it really nice. I'm intending to experiment with some glide tape, since oil, graphite, and grease all seem like things to keep away from clothing.The mounting kit seems reasonably sturdy. It comes with a drill template which is quite good though it lacks two of the holes which is more weird than anything. (It means you have to flip it for the last two holes or something) You only need 6 holes when you aren't mounting into studs. In this case, use the recommended 6mm drill to pilot the holes. If you are hitting two studs, 4 should suffice, and you do NOT want to use the recommended 6mm drill since that's the anchor size. The screws won't hold.The instructions do sort of say this, though not the drill size for just the screws. 5/16ths is close, but it's your project. Double check by eye. (You want the drill to be the size of the main shaft leaving the full threads sticking out.)It's not a shelf, I might add. This is designed to be a hanging rack, exclusively. The staggered design works well for one and not the other.If that's what you need, this should serve. The construction means the instability will mostly come from how it's mounted.

Our laundry area is more of a 'laundry nook' in the finished basement, and the wall behind the washer and dryer lacks the height for shelves. I've been on the lookout for the ideal solution for that prime wall real estate (heh!), and I think I've found it! I appreciate that it can be collapsed when not needed; its smart design maximizes space while offering plenty of drying room, making it ideal for small apartments or cozy laundry spots like mine. When it's folded up, it fits right in with the decor, keeping everything neat and organized. Easy to install and feels very sturdy. Highly recommend!

This is a great clothing rack! At first I thought it’s just a regular clothes rack, but turned out to be a foldable one! When not in use, you can easily shut down the two ‘doors’ so that the metal bars don’t show, and there only leaves a white slim box on the wall. When in use, it’s space enough for 5 layers of clothes, and pretty wide as well. Just need to find the stud on the wall and install it with care, and then a really practical clothing rack will be there!
