I have been drinking LMNT for a little over a year. I have a subscription through their website for the powders. I love the powders, so I thought I would try the sparkling drinks. They are expensive, but very, very good!!! They seem too salty if I drink them without having worked up a sweat, however, after a good workout, run, or day doing farm chores, these taste freakin amazing!!! It’s like my body craves the sodium in them after I have been sweating. I hate sodas and I hate sparkling waters, but these taste so darn good!!!!! I will absolutely buy more and would love to try other flavors.

I love these drinks! I’m not much of a spender but these are absolutely worth the money. I drink these and the dry packs as well. They help me get my electrolytes when I’m in need and taste great. I drank them throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. I’m also a retired track athlete and highly recommend these to other athletes over Gatorade, Liquid IV, etc. Cleaner ingredients, good flavor, and they make you feel better than alternatives in my opinion. My favorite flavor is the Black Cherry Lime.

These LMNT sparkling electrolyte drinks are such a great find! They’re salty, a little sweet, and perfectly fizzy — a unique flavor combo that totally works once you get used to it. They give you that refreshing, fun “drink over ice” vibe. Plus, you get the added bonus of electrolytes, so they’re actually doing something good for your body too. Great option after a workout or on a hot day as well. I love keeping them on hand for social events or parties when I don’t feel like drinking alcohol. I definitely recommend these for anyone looking for a healthier, more hydrating alternative to cocktails or sodas. 4 stars only because LMNT's motto is "Stay Salty" and these were a little too sweet for my husband. We were expecting more of a flavored salty drink without sweetness, but the rest of the family liked them!

10/10 recommend. This is great drink to help keep me hydrated throughout the day. It has the perfect taste and is a great price for how many that you get. Ingredients are healthy and perfect for someone that avoids artificial flavorings and sugars. Easily mixable with other drinks, and delicious to drink alone. It has the perfect carbonation which makes it easy to drink even after or during a workout. It is not and energy drink which I love even more, but it is effective in hydrating me and replenishing my electrolytes. I also have used the packets which dissolve easily, but the best part about these is that you don't have to mix anything and it's ready to go when you pick it up.

I don’t drink soda, only carbonated drink I tolerate is beer and kombucha. However, this stuff is good. Tastes good and helped me on my 18 mile summit hike. I liked it so much I ordered a case for my next hikes. 5/5 on taste and feeling. The best electrolytes I have tried, LMNT is far superior than any of the other 5 leading brands I’ve tried. Hot me through my Grand Canyon Rim to Rim hike.

We've tried a lot of different electrolyte drinks in the past. They all left us still feeling dehydrated. While the taste is very salty at first, you also begin to crave another drink. The taste is very refreshing, and when it's over 100° and your body is just calling out for water, you can quench your thirst as well as truly rehydrating your body. This mixes extremely well in water without the grit that others left behind.

I love these. I’ve been buying them since they came out. They taste amazing although if you don’t like salt I wouldn’t buy them. They have a subtle salty taste (but that’s because it’s an electrolyte drink). I love the flavor and the salt is just fine for me. I usually have reactions to things so I am limited in what I can drink or eat. I’ve had no problems with these drinks. My only issue with it is the size. They’re large drinks and I don’t always finish one when I open it so I feel like it’s a waste sometimes. I wish they had different size options. That’s just a small thing to be nit picky about.
Satisfying Product
The best post-workout drink. Replenish lost electrolytes. I literally have this shipped to me (now) across the other side of the world because its that good. Wish LMNT would expand into Southeast Asia; where I believe, this product would flourish. The high humidity & heat make it almost a necessity on a daily basis.
