Rip your heart out and make you feel less crazy all in one! The cutest poems that put all the thoughts into words after a pregnancy loss. Highly recommend for anyone who’s had a miscarriage or knows someone that did.

My Little Jellybean Paperback by Brandylynn Snyder. This is the best book on miscarriages that I have read. I heard about it on social media and the book not only lived up to but surpassed the hype, imo. Make sure you have a warm blanket and a full box of tissues handy before you go to read it!I have had multiple consecutive early losses. Nobody prepares you for the emotional turmoil pregnancy(or the disappearance thereof) can bring. That empty ache, that kick in the guts, that heartbreak that shatters your mind and soul, and no words can heal it. Brandylynn truly ‘gets it’. Because she’s lived it. There are so many poignant and relatable poems/sentences in this little paperback. Some are short but the statements do all the talking. My favorite was page 85 where she talks about how ‘it’s weird to know what being pregnant feels like but not to have an earthly child’ or be able to talk about it with your friends. I feel this way often and think about that a lot. Many of my friends sympathize but don’t really understand what I’m going through. Infertility and loss can be soooo isolating. This book made me feel a little bit less alone.This is a good buy if you’re grieving your first loss or your 6th etc. Or if you’re a spouse or family member of someone who has had a loss and you want to understand.Lastly, I just want to say; if you’re going through pregnancy loss or infertility I am so so so sorry. It is NOT your fault. You are NOT alone. And you are LOVED. ❤️

This book of poems is a MUST for anyone grieving a miscarriage. It gave me many tears but I felt very seen and related to. God forbid if any of my friends also have a miscarriage I would buy them this book.

Poor quality of the pages
I was so happy when I got this book... The product was delivered safely but I am very disappointed with the quality of the book... as soon as I opened the book, the 2 pages came out easily...the pages were poorly glued I think... I got the very motivating book but the poor quality one... very sad

I was so happy when I got this book... The product was delivered safely but I am very disappointed with the quality of the book... as soon as I opened the book, the 2 pages came out easily...the pages were poorly glued I think... I got the very motivating book but the poor quality one... very sad
