Why did you pick this product vs others?:Sturdy design and a huge time saver when doing remodels. You don't have to open up connections, just fasten the box securely and place the splices/junctions inside, close the lid and away you go.

Used these junction boxes to correct some questionable electrical work in my attic. Found open splices (yikes) and while this solution might not be fully up to code, it's definitely safer than leaving exposed wire connections. At least now the splices are contained and protected.Pros:+ Better than exposed connections+ Easy to install+ Provides basic protectionCons:- May not meet electrical code
