The simplicity of providing something to the company and return is UNBELIEVABLY simple. Not only are the directions clearly stated, everything is there for you to do in less than five minutes. And the response is excellent . I got an email when my test was received and my results were quick. I did not know what to expect and then they were in my email.I REALLY appreciate the clear explanation to NOT be overwhelmed, because it IS a LOT of information. I don’t even know how to describe it and I can not count ALL the items that were checked. Mind blowing!I have probably looked at it everyday since it came. And I have gotten more information every time I review the results.I am a person who eats the same things over and over and this helped me realize I need to do some more variation. I know it seems common, yet when you are in your routine, you just do it and don’t think that it is on repeat. I saw so many items that I ingest everyday and multiple times a day. Of course I would have an intolerance. This was a wake up for me. I just need to back off those foods so that I can feel more like myself, not like a couch potato. Also, I sent a simple email question, after I thoroughly checked the FAQ’s and the nice simple response showed I had missed a very important part of understanding my results. It changed so much for me. And I thought I had really read everything.This EASY, INFORMATIVE, INTERESTING, EYE OPENING experience has been life changing. I highly recommend you get this kit. You will be amazed at what you learn.ALSO, I know that the accuracy is good because items I already do not eat, were on my intolerance list. I found the Comprehensive Food & Beverage Sensitivity Test to be very easy to complete. The detailed instructions were easy to follow and the results came quickly.After receiving my results I decided to create a grocery list of best food options. I also made a reference list of things to avoid so if given a choice between two things, I had a quick access guide.I believe I will try to take some of the additional test kits so I can cross reference, to ultimately create the best meal plans that I need.

This product is a waste of money. It didnt pick up any of the things I know for a fact I'm allergic to, so the rest of it is probably bunk as well. Save your money. I feel ripped off, quite frankly.

Test instructions were easy to follow. Mailed the sample and results were received within a week. I have some known food intolerance. They were not picked up by this test. Will try another test company to verify results.

I bought this test for my partner and I. We don't have any real gut issues but as we're getting older I was curious to get a test of medium price, high quality, and see some feedback. I also didn't want to do a blood sample so this hair test was great. The company's process was easy to follow, quick to get results, and a nice comprehensive list was provided. Thanks for the great product!

Product was overall easy to use, but not great for me personally. I highly suggest reading up on the testing process and hot you might apply the results in future changes. Easy to understand the results, although I did find some conflicting results. I am overall concerned about the accuracy in which the results can be used.

I was shocked to see all the intolerance on mine. I just focused on the red. Started to test the food it said I was intolerant to and couldn't believe I was definitely effected by those foods when having them and being aware. This is a great test.
