Just got it today and put it to immediate use to try to soothe my inflamed tmj. I am pleased to say that it appears to be a promising form of relief! The prongs themselves do not move, but vibrate with the unit. The heat is a wonderful touch. Along with the tmj, I experience migraines and occipital neuralgia, so I have tried this on my head as well. It feels incredibly nice on my forehead. I have not had a chance to spend much time on the Tens setting, as I want to use a little electrode gel with it later to strengthen the conduction. I could feel a slight electrical feeling, but that is to be expected when using a Tens unit without conducting gel or oils.The unit also came with a nice little velvet carrying bag, which I appreciate!Overall, I am hopeful that this will be a helpful addition to the headache arsenal in my bag🌻

Had a horrible TMJ flair up so quickly searched for any product that could ease my pain. This one was delivered rapidly and the relief it provided was similarly rapid. The electric pulse technology is what I believe sets this apart from other products and actually provides instantaneous relief. I had this thing on me all the time until the flair up finally abated. Build quality is not fantastic, but that doesn’t detract from its effectiveness. Small size, easily fit in pocket. Battery life is pretty abysmal so keep your charger on you. Well worth the purchase.

What this thing does it does well, but I don't like having to reset every feature every time I turn it on.I just wish it would *default to the last setting so I don't have to go through all three settings and choose what I want it to do every time I turn it on.It says to adjust it using the "gear" button but that is not labeled so you must guess which one that is. It appears to be the *ON button.The "instructions" are not very straighforward, and the errors make it hard to read in places. I'm a little less than pleased.

Awesome but be careful
This really helped my jaw, but caused neck pain after to much use. It works awesome, but don't forget to take a break from it to let the muscles settle
Actually pretty good
This now sits on my work desk at home and I use it whenever my jaw starts to feel tight. All functions work well, the pulsmode is a little odd as it sometimes it feels like a small spark, but it does seem to work very well, totally recommend for you stress grinders out there!
