(Review updated)I clarified with Gozney the reason for the prop 65 warning on the product, and the nature of the coating material, which turned out to be irrelevant and not the root cause of the warning label. I purchased this not for cutting pizza, but for cutting caramels and candy that I make. It has a nice long blade which is extremely sharp, so I keep it in the box to protect it from being damaged. The rocking motion makes cutting easy and it works as I want it to. I am pleased with this purchase. It cleans up easily as well.

Gozney Pizza Rocker
This pizza rocker is markedly more expensive than others on Bolo. However, in my opinion, it is certainly worth the extra money.The construction is exemplary with the thick, heavy duty blade firmly fixed by three rivets in the smooth wooden handle.The blade is ground to a very sharp edge that slices pizza extremely easily with little more than a firm downward pressure.The only disappointment I have found so far is that there is no blade sheath.However, by slicing a soft plastic tube open and then sliding it over the cutting edge, the problem is easily cured.All in all, with only an easily corrected problem, this Pizza Rocker is highly recommended.
