These potatoes are so good! Just like I remember back when I could have the dairy version. Simpler to prepare than the original plain flakes you can buy. 1 packet and 2 cups boiling water in a bowl. Stir, let sit 1 minute, and you're good to go.Thanks to Idahoan for returning a comfort food item to me. And Bolo for making it accessible as I haven't found it in any store I've been to. I knocked down 1 star only because the box I recieved is close to its expiration date which is a little disappointing. Hopefully my next order will be fresher.
