Replaced our bed after 12 years. Immediately started sleeping better. Neck and shoulder pain subsided within the first ten days. Mattress is cool and does not have temperature problems with myself who sleeps hot and my wife who is starting to have major temperature fluctuations as a 49 year old woman. Delivery was quick and easy and setup was done by delivery guys. We feel this has great value for the quality of Mattress!

I am so pleased with my beautyrest mattress. I don’t know why this brand is so much better than others. First one lasted 10 years. Hope this one does too. At first, I didn’t want to spend the money for this mattress, so I bought cheaper mattress. Such a miserable mistake. After three weeks I returned it and bought the beautyrest. So glad I got the pillow top version too. Now, I don’t have to add a memory foam topper for extra money. This mattress is so nice, there wasn’t even an adjustment period. Every night has been amazing. BTW, series 1 feels just like series 2,3, and 4, but way cheaper. Suggest finding series 1 and paying less, for the same mattress.Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
1.0 out of 5 stars Significant sagging was not enough for warranty claim
Within a couple of months we had a noticeable hump along the centerline of the mattress. Finally did a warranty claim showing a significant sag on one side. Warranty was denied saying this is normal. Even if it was normal, it’s certainly not comfortable or visually nice. Would not buy one of these again.
