There is a review on here claiming you must pay hundreds of dollars for the results. This is incorrect. This person is upset they’re not receiving a medical consultation and has no idea what the results actually mean. Take the extra step and request the PDF report. Then load the PDF into an AI. Go from there. The test is great and by doing what I just wrote, I’ve effectively cured my crippling ADHD. Every single minor and major health issue I’ve ever had or have currently is directly related to issues uncovered from this test. The fact that insurance companies will not pay for these is ridiculous. Mine said nothing efficacious comes from the results. I think it’s because the “fix” is $50 in methylated vitamins and a few supplements. Not enough money in that.

1.0 out of 5 stars BE PREPARED TO PAY A LOT MORE MONEY FOR ANY RESULTS
Finally got my "RESULTS" back from my test. Upon logging into my profile, 99% of the information is found to be locked. You are required to pay HUNDREDS more to get any useful information based on the results found from your swab. This test is ONLY THE BEGINNING of the spending and you need to pay a lot more money to UNLOCK your actual results once you waste your money on the first test. I was very excited to take this test and waited a long time for my results to come back. VERY DISAPPOINTING to see that I now need to break out the wallet once again in order to actually get the information I thought I was paying for in the first place. Now I simply dont trust what this company has going on as it seems that once you are locked into the intial test price, you just need to keep paying MORE AND MORE money to unlock what you are looking for... Really kind of sad.

DNA test says that my son has predisposition for Seborrheic Dermatitis. As a parent and Microbiologist/community health worker, I was providing him all help in area of health consulting Dr. DNA test recommended also extra B2 vitamin for my son. So he started to take extra B2-100mg/day. I always consult a Dr. and share all test results. After a week, Seborrheic dermatitis disappeared. Thank you for providing this DNA test and results with all explanation!

I actually ordered 2 of these tests; one for myself and one for my son.Based on that, here’s my honest feedback.1. The test results are legit and a good value for the price. Similar testing is hundreds of dollars more when ordered from a doctor’s office.2. The follow-up calls were helpful. However, I have a background in science. It would be very difficult to follow/understand the info on the call without some knowledge of genetics and human biology.The calls were helpful but cookie-cutter. I did appreciate the opportunity to ask specific questions, and the “experts” were actually very knowledgeable and helpful.3. The collection process was simple (a cheek swab), and the kit came with detailed instructions.4. The test results took less than a month, and I was pleased with that turn around time.5. I don’t like that there are some “locked” results that you must pay extra for. The tests that were advertised were all included, but there’s definitely some hard upselling to get additional genetic information.6. I do like that specific supplements were recommended, based on the results. This makes the next step simple. In addition to supplements, recommended dietary changes and exercise were addressed.7. I am not a fan of how the results are laid out. It’s not something that you can print off easily and show your primary care doctor. To see all results, there’s lots of clicking involved. I would like to see an abbreviated result page that could easily be shared.Overall, I think this is a good product, and I see how it could be very effective in helping target some wellness issues dealing with methylation. We have actually ordered some of the recommended supplements to try out.

90% of the “predictions” made based on what they claim to be my DNA results are NOT ACCURATE. On the other hand, my 23 and me trait results are correct about 95% of the time which leads me to wonder if these results are random (scam). In addition, they try to get you to buy a bunch of supplements based on the suspect results and want you to pay more and more money to “unlock” additional results...I did have a good conversation with the consultant who seemed to know her stuff, which is why I didn’t give it the lowest rating possible. After doing this, I did Strategene which was 1000 times better with very detailed results, including the exact MTHFR etc mutations which matched my blood work from LabCorp. Would recommend strategene over this junk.

I received my Genetic Methylation results in about two weeks and am very pleased. The problems they identified fit the health issues I have and the consultant I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am 70 and debated whether the test would be worth it. I am happy I decided to have it done. I believe it will make my senior years more enjoyable.
