Been taking for two months now and I DEFINITELY notice a difference. They are delicious—almost like a treat to look forward to every morning. My skin is softer and more consistently clear. My breakouts are fewer and I’ve done nothing but add this supplement. Will continue to buy! Have these on subscription with Bolo.

I've been taking these things several years, and they definitely make a difference. So much so, that my dermatologist added them to the list of recommendations. I purchased these for a family member, who isn't following the 2x a day advice. Following this WILL help. They are too sweet for me, but I get over it.

These really do improve the appearance of my skin, something I didn't really realize until I stopped using them for a month and my skin looked less smooth. Now I purchase them regularly. They don't have a full month's supply in each bottle, though.

Titanium Dioxide is part of the ingredients list! Unfortunately, I did not see it before I ordered. Nonetheless they must not care about your wellbeing. Will not be ordering again.

Taste great (citrus flavor)! But very sweet/sugary. I’ve been taking them for about a month but don’t necessarily see/notice any changes. Because I haven’t been consistent taking daily, I’m rating them as 4 stars. I actually take every other day, due to taking a multi-vitamin. I’ve become a bit more aware of making sure not to over indulge with supplements since I’m a healthy eater. Keep in mind, the same vitamins/nutrients are abundance in fruits and vegetables (naturally). In my opinion too costly, energy level may increase due to sugar, smells fine and my preference for supplements are in gummy form for ease of taking (I do not like capsules).
