I had a really bad binge eating problem and these have helped me tremendously. I find these to be useful in my weight loss journey. I don't get jitters. I don't feel an excess of energy. It really doesn't have enough caffeine to do anything for me. I don't feel any nausea or stomach cramps. I do have a waning appetite. It's gradual. Today I ate a raw fruit and veggie platter at 2pm and a bread roll and that was it. I have no appetite. I was actually really full after lunch and haven't had dinner. That's becoming my norm. It's a bit pricey but I'll buy it again when this one runs out.

I can honestly say I’ve noticed a difference since taking these. The bottle says to take two, but I recommend starting with one until your body gets used to it. I take mine first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and I feel a boost of energy that lasts throughout the day. They also help keep me regular, which is a bonus.

gave me migraine and stomach ache after 3 days I had to stop taking. Don't purchase because they dont allow returns!! Had i known i would NOT have purchased

Like any supplement, it will take a couple of days before you start to notice a shift in your body.Mine being I get less hungry less cravings and I’m a huge dessert/sweets type of person. I’m also a night owl so sometimes I snack at 4am which I know is not healthy. But this has definitely stopped my cravings and i don’t lose energy as fast. First bottle i finished i lost 10lbs more or less.

I love this product It’s very easy to swallow. It has a bad taste once I swallow it, but it’s manageable like when I burp I taste that pill. I haven’t lost any weight, but I have been eating less and having more energy.
