The media could not be loaded. I’m seriously impressed with this magnetic mount for the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Installation couldn’t be easier, just snap it onto the Osmo and you’re good to go. No fiddling with complicated parts or worrying about fit; it feels like it was designed perfectly with the camera in mind.The magnet strength is no joke. I tested it on different surfaces and it held firm every time. I even mounted it on a door frame to film a quick video, and the Osmo stayed completely secure without any wobble or slipping. It gave me total peace of mind knowing my camera was safe, even in spots where I’d normally hesitate to mount it.The footage I captured came out fantastic, with smooth angles that I wouldn’t have been able to achieve handheld. The media could not be loaded. This is my review after several months of use. So it’s a bit scratched up but it still functions great. It has a very strong magnetic force that lets it stick onto metal really well. Its design is small, compact, not too bulky, gaps for accessing the microsd card and hand straps, and doesn’t hinder the usage of the button or controller wheel. I like that you can also open up the magnetic part and lay it flat so it can support the DJI standing upright, kind of substituting for a tripod. Ever since I’ve bought this, I’ve never taken it off the body of the DJI because it’s just so useful and practical. If you look closely on top of the magnetic part, there are missing pieces from the original product because I took it on a trip and it got squished in my bag and the metal pieces holding the black plastic parts broke and fell off. But that doesn’t bother me or my ability to use the product because I never used that part of the product anyways. 10/10 would recommend this. It’s worth it. 👍

Update: Amazear's support team reached out to me to inform me that they identified the problem with older batches ("the plastic material used tends to become brittle at low temperatures, which can lead to cracks"), addressed the problem by "[upgrading] the plastic material on all of [their] units, and the updated metal versions have been shipped in the latest production batch", and sent me a brand new unit at no extra charge and with expedited shipping. I received the replacement unit the NEXT DAY after replying to them. I'm upgrading my review from 3 to 4 stars to observe how this new unit works out for me.Pros: It's easy to attach onto your Osmo Pocket 3 (OP3) and the design doesn't add bulk to your device. Good concept with strong magnetic backing & folding fingers for action camera attachments. For example, the folding fingers allowed me to use a backpack mount to attach my OP3 and keep me hands-free when I'm out on the town. The magnet is strong and you don't have to worry about your device falling. The flexibility of the magnetic back is great to adjust shooting angles as well as making your OP3 easier to hold by making it longerCons: Unbeknownst to me, the folding fingers would flopped open while stored in my bag and eventually broke off completely. Second, cracks grew around the locking point and became worse when I attached this to a metal surface because it would snap onto the surface due to magnet strength. In my opinion, this isn't worth ~$20; maybe $10-15 at most.I wish the plastic was stronger or this had a better locking mechanism.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this magnetic mount, but it definitely exceeded my expectations! The magnet is extremely strong and holds my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 securely on just about any metal surface—car, fridge, railing, you name it.The build quality is solid, and the silicone pads help protect both the mount and the surface it’s attached to. I also love the swivel feature that lets me adjust angles easily without having to remove the camera.The fit is a little snug when sliding the camera in, but that just means it stays put. Once it’s on, it’s not going anywhere!If you film on the go or like hands-free setups, this mount is 100% worth it. Great value for the price—highly recommend!

However, one drawback I've noticed is that the overall size of the metal enclosure makes it incompatible with most protective cases. This means you'll need to remove your camera from its protective case every time you want to fit it into the bracket, which can be a hassle if you're concerned about protecting your device.I tested the bracket by attaching it to my car and driving at a slow speed. A significant concern arose when I noticed that the wind resistance caused the metal case to start sliding off the magnet.
