I am very happy with this purchase. The unit is small and powerful. Easy to use right out of box and came fully charged. I attached the handle and was and small control cord. I also attached the wrist strap which is handy in and out of the water. The handle just snaps into place. It DOES NOT come with a charging cord. You will need a small usb-c cord to plug into unit. As there are various sources to provide charging the unit, they recommend a 100w plug (purchased on Bolo) about $20-30, to speed up charging. With this charging device is will charge unit in just over an hour. Just plugging cord into outlet, times can vary from 4- to 10 hours.I am 6’-5” and 250lbs, the unit was able to pull me in the low speed. Is has 3 speeds. Something you will have to work out is trying to catch your breath while in operation. It’s hard to get your head above water to do so. I bought an inexpensive life vest to keep my head above water, The problem with that is you can’t dive down, you are restricted to the surface of the water. Or you can use a snorkel.I had the neighbor kids over to my 20x40 in ground pool. Ages range from 4-8 years of age. The were all amble to use the unit safely. The had a blast The used all 3 speeds, with the third speed going fairly fast. Being kids the unit was much faster than pulling my sack of flesh around the pool. Only the 4 year old had water wings on. The older boys used nothing, as they could hold their breath longer. They absolutely loved it. It lasted about 1 hour with continuous use. I am glad I bought the fast charger plug for this reason. To get it back into action fast.TROUBLE AFTER FIRST USE. The battery would not recharge, even after charging all night. I did everything right and even used the PD fast charger recommended. Contacted company via email and they replied “open a warranty support ticket”. I Will return for refund. .

My adult kids and grand kids had a great time using this in our pool. Can't wait to take it out to the lake!

My son loves this product. Could use a longer battery life or charge more quickly but still is a great product and well made.

While it worked, it was great; fast, powerful. However, that only lasted 24hrs. The trigger stopped working and the return takes 30days to be refunded, only after inspection. I'll update this after i hear from the company but take it as you will.Update- The seller received the product and confirmed the defect and refunded my money within 2 weeks. Thank you. I would try this product again.

It was a fun toy for my 10 year old, but the battery life was only 25-30 min, so we returned it.

The media could not be loaded. We bought the basic subnado and took it out in the Sea of Cortez. It was fantastic as it helped us get up close and personal quick enough before they moved on. A week later we bought a second one for our SUP board and it works great too. Economical way to have fun in the water for sure!

Kids used it a couple of times in the pool but now it no longer works. Shows a full battery but won’t run. I hope the company has good customer service. But I don’t know yet.

When I finally got it. I love it so much. You have use it with the current to get down deep close to shore. It’s fun to play around with it in the pool too. My grankids love it.
