I bought this stereo amplifier receiver because I wanted to make an outside stereo so when I would cook out and stuff like that its really great!! The volume is surprisingly loud!! The FM radio works great comes with a little antenna... I would definitely recommend this product!! A++++

5 stars for sure. Unbelievable for $23. Seller very responsive too with my questions pre-purchase. I have this outside near a small pond with ducks and our chicken coop. I installed in inside a plastic ammo box on top of the 4x4 post that holds the outlet. I use a dusk to dawn timer and have a usb drive inserted into it (connected to 2 outdoor speakers). The unit defaults to playing the usb drive when powered on and repeats the tracks in order until it is powered off. I have sounds and music intended to scare away coyotes and bobcats. So far it's perfect. I can also connect with Bluetooth and the unit is a powerful little jukebox. FM stinks and Bluetooth range is not great but for $23 plus some Rockville $55 speakers and a $6 ammo box it's impressive as heck!

Meh, it's OK. It's definitely not 100 watts/channel. Seems more like 30w or so but it's enough to power some outdoor patio speakers. One of the main reasons I bought it was because "Rufus" (Bolo's AI, they say) told me the remote was RF and not IR (line of sight) as I wanted to control the music volume from a chair on the patio (maybe 20 feet from the unit) without having to get up and go inside each time. Rufus lied to me (as I suspect AI will be doing frequently in the future) as the remote is definitely IR and, in fact, doesn't work unless one is not more than about 8 feet directly in front of the mini amp. Very annoying.Also, the default mode is bluetooth so every time you turn the unit it on that's the mode it starts in. I'm utilizing the RCA Out jacks so it would be nice if it powered up in the same place it was when I powered down. But no, you have to press the remote button a couple of times to get it in the output mode I need. A minor inconvenience but another annoyance.As I touched on earlier, I am powering two wired speakers on the patio with the amp. The back of the amp has L/R bare wire press-n-chomp connectors which is fine but a minor upgrade would have been accommodations for banana plugs or RCA jacks. No big deal but it illustrates the cheapness of the unit.Overall, the mini amp provides enough decent-sounding audio to my patio so it does the trick at an extremely inexpensive price so I won't complain too much (well, more than I already have). We'll likely update this review once some user time has passed.

I purchased this to add bluetooth to an older stereo. I went this route because sometimes bluetooth volume is low and this option gives the opportunity to adjust for that as well as make minor adjustments on treble and base. It''s been a little difficult to get the volume settings right to control distortion. If any one of the volume settings is too high, there will be sound distortion. One of the problems is that there are two volume adjustments, the knob on the front of the device and the one with the remote. There should only be one but that's not the way this works. So between the volume on my phone, the two volume settings on this device and the volume on the old stereo it's easy to get one too high somewhere.The larger issue is that by feeding the older stereo from this device, it introduced a hum. I tried several ways of connecting the two and finally found a solution when I powered the unit with a decent quality DC power supply. There are two power inputs and an AC power cord is included. However, there is a power input for 12VCD. Once I powered it with DC the hum was eliminated. This hum, also added to the difficulty of getting rid of the distortion. It wasn't always to determine if the distortion was induced by hum or some volume setting.As it is now, I'm reasonably satisfied with the setup. I've been willing to settle with the difficult setup because of the price. Ultimately, this gives more options on setup than just using a bluetooth adapter.

This little sucker jams. I love itAnd it's hooked to indoor/outdoor Rockville speakers and let me tell you the pair together rocks. It's on my front porch and yes the neighbors can hear it rock lol.
