Love this rain jacket. Fits a little loose and the color is awesome. I can wear sweaters/hoodies under it when needed. I lost my last North Face jacket on vacation. I’d had it for years. I like this replacement even better. Doesn’t wrinkle and looks nice even after packing. It’s waterproof and just the right material to knock off wind. Always looks nice.

The media could not be loaded. This jacket kept the chill off on my recent summit of St.Helens — even in the wind and snowy conditions! The quality was perfect for the event and I got compliments on the color — it’s more of a coral red in person which I love! This shell is a great value for the price, as mountaineering gear can get expensive quickly! The jacket has cinches on it the side so that it’s not boxy if you’d prefer a more flattering fit — or if you’re layering underneath, you can by loosening the band. It’s super lightweight and packable, adding only a light pound or two to the pack when I took it off.
