If you’re counting calories, 40 extra calories isn’t a ton but just make sure you account for it.Serving Size: This is where my biggest gripe is. Yes, I should have read the label more clearly before buying. BUT, 5 gummies for 5g of creatine? Not super efficient. 150 gummies is only 1 month supply…Convenience: Sure popping a gummy sounds more convenient but it’s 5 gummies… Putting a scoop of creatine powder in my protein shake is far more convenient.If you make a protein shake with powder already anyway, just get a powder.
