These are good quality outlet enhancers. We purchased them to add device charging ports to an outlet that wouldn’t allow us to replace the receptacle because of the box depth it was placed in. They fit the outlet well and the supplied screw held the unit firmly in place. All the ports worked perfectly.I would have preferred that the design would allow the unit to fit flat against the wall but it is designed to be placed directly on top of the cover receptacle cover plate. This leaves a gap between the unit and the wall. This is just my preference but it did guide me to the 4-Star rating.
