So far so good. I'm still aliveAs far as purity and nutritional value? I have no way of knowing. I changed to this brand because the other brand I was buying were all stuck together in the bottle like one giant pill. Separating them destroyed about a quarter of them and the rest were very oily and messy. These seem to be just fine.
