The media could not be loaded. Save yourself the headache and go with a different model. I put this unit together, leveled it with the precision of a NASA engineer using a 4-foot level, loaded up the washer and dryer, and thought I was set. Threw in a few towels, hit "start," and then... cue the dance party. This thing rocked and rolled like it was auditioning for a 1950s jukebox musical. I thought maybe I hadn’t tightened the bolts enough, so I went back, tightened every last one until my fingers hurt, but nope—still getting the full Shake, Rattle, and Roll experience.The stand itself looks solid, but let's be real—it's made from that delicate "will-it-last-a-month?" China steel with hardware that might as well be made of chewing gum. I’m just waiting for the day it gives up, collapses, and takes my washer and dryer with it, leaving me with a pile of scrap metal and broken dreams. Save yourself the suspense!
