These Bake as Beautifully as They Look
The media could not be loaded. I must admit that the gorgeous color of this pan is why I selected it over others when I needed a couple of 9x5 loaf pans for a recipe I was eager to try. Aesthetically, they look fantastic on display in my kitchen. Of course I hoped they'd bake well, too, and they are fantastic!The pans are metal and lightweight, and the recipe called for me to butter and flour the insides of the pans prior to filling with batter. I hate to coat pans when they're nonstick, but I followed the instructions. Upon removing them from the oven, I needed to let them cool for 15 minutes before removing my cakes from the pans. The recipe said to use a knife to loosen the cake from the edges, but the loaves looked just fine and I didn't want to risk scratching the coating even though it looks durable.I whispered a little prayer and tipped the first loaf toward my waiting hand, and it ever-so-gently glided right on out. Perfect. The cakes released so easily, I'm positively tickled!This 9x5 size is what I need for several recipes in a new cookbook, so these pans are going to get a lot of use. They seem to be the same size as a loaf pan I used a lot as a kid.As far as heat distribution, my loaves baked evenly, and they were side by side in the oven. Initially, the edges of each began to brown quite fast and I worried they'd burn, but the browning held tight and my cakes turned out perfect.While the coating and color of the pan makes it look like stoneware, it's simply enamel-coated metal and has proven to be durable thus far. Clean-up is a cinch with soap and warm water. (I wash dishes by hand, so I didn't pay attention to whether or not these are dishwasher safe.)I'm so happy with these loaf pans, I'll likely order more to give as gifts. The size is common, they bake evenly, and they cool surprisingly fast. Throw on that gorgeous color and what's not to love?I highly recommend these if you're looking for a quality loaf pan at a good price.

I do a lot of bread baking and these pans are perfect for m loaf style pans They are very sturdy, clean up so easily and my bread cames out great in them.

I must say this pan exceeded all my expectations the color is gorgeous and the quality is amazing and the lighter metal makes baking cakes easier.I bought these MS loaf pans because my current dark metal loaf pans were causing my breads and loaf cakes to burn in my new gas oven.This brand of MS loaf pans distributes heat evenly and more importantly do not burn my food I made delicious apple bread on my first attempt and it came out great.I’m going to purchase two more pans.

I really liked this non-stick pan BUT when I was removing it from the oven with my fresh banana-blueberry bread, it was so SLICK it slipped from my grip. I sat it back up on the oven rack and tried again, slipped from my grip AGAIN and dumped. 😡 Martha, put some side handles on this thing! The pan is great, the design is flawed!

Will be getting rid of my other loaf pans. This one is nicer non stick and cooks evenly.

I absolutely love this pan. Nothing sticks to it. I've made breads and meatloaf and they all came out perfect. I love the weight...it's not cheap. I'll be buying more of this brand.
