This was a major splurge and so happy I purchased it! It’s taken my oven baked pizza to the next level, no need to oil it just throw on some corn meal…zero sticking. It slides right onto a board for slicing. Crust tastes awesome! Cleaning is a breeze using a damp towel. Size is perfect, the quality is top notch HexClad & looking forward to using this instead of a sheet pan for assorted other recipes. Great investment & highly recommend.

I love the non-stick of Hex. Pizza gets a crisper bottom than I ever had with a pizza stone without burning. I had a friend say do not cut the pizza on the steel move to the stone or a cutting board to protect the investment long term and I am doing that. Can use preheated or throw a frozen on it then all into the over at once with very similar results. Very pleased and moved my stones out to storage.

The media could not be loaded. I still have to get the hang of using electric heating elements I now use because the heat in the middle is higher. not like gas burners that do not heat the middle at all unless the burner is tiny and in the center. The pizza came out great but a little burned just in the center middle bottom crust (it was my first one on this pan). It was golden and crispy. I splurged on this pan and am very happy I did.
